Patient 1: 34 year old who desired an increase in size and improvement in shape of her breasts. Photo is 6 weeks after a bilateral breast lift with augmentation with 370cc saline implants.
Patient 2 - 40 year old desiring improvement of breast contour and size. 325cc silicone gel implants placed submuscular with simultaneous lifting of breast.
Patient 3 - 40 year old desiring improvement of breast position on toroso and size. 300cc silicone gel implants placed submuscular with simultaneous lifting of breast.
Patient 4: 40 year old female interested in lifting her breasts and amplifying the volume of her breasts simultaneously. Pt. is 1 year s/p breast augmentation with saline implants and a simultaneous mastopexy. A 225cc saline submuscular implant was placed on the right side and a 210cc saline submuscular implant was placed on the left side.
Patient 5: 53 year old female that lost about 20 lbs interested in improving shape and size of her breasts. Pt. is only 6 weeks s/p 304cc silicone gel submuscular implants with simultaneous mastopexy.
Patient 6: 34 year old female interested in lifting her breasts and amplifying her volume. Pt. is 6 months s/p R 210cc saline implant and L 220cc saline implant augmentation with simultaneous mastopexy.
Patient 7: 38 year old female s/p 2 pregancies interested in lifting and augmenting her breast volume and shape. She is only 6 weeks s/p augmentation with 286cc silicone gel bilateral submuscular implants with simultaneous mastopexy.
Patient 8: 35 year old female 6 months after her breast augmentation and lift. 339cc silicone gel implants were placed submuscular bilaterally.
Patient 9: 50 year old female interested in lifting her breasts and augmenting the size simultaneously. She is 3 months after her lift and augmentation where submuscular saline implants were placed. 370cc saline implants were placed bilaterally.
Patient 10: 38 year old female who lost over 100 pounds and wanted to improve the size and shape of both breasts. A lift was performed simultaneously with a breast augmentation. 310cc saline implants were used on both sides.
Patient 11: 28 year old female whose left breast never developed like the right. Patient desired improvement in symmetry. A 400cc saline implant was placed under the muscle on the left side using a periareola incision. A lift was necessary on the right side where a smaller 250cc saline implant was used simultaneously.
Patient 12: 25 year old female who had tuberous breast deformity on both sides. An augmentation and lift was necessary to improve this condition. A 265cc silicone gel implant was placed on the right and a 234 cc silicone gel implant was placed on the left. Both were placed under the muscle simultaneous to a lift on both sides.
