Patient 3: 45 year female primarily interested in reducing her dorsal hump on her nose. Patient is 6 months after dorsal hump reduction and tip work via an open rhinoplasty approach.
Patient 4: 32 year old male interested in narrowing his bulbous tip. He also was interested in narrowing his large nostril base. Patient is 4 months after an open rhinoplasty with simultaneous nostril narrowing techniques.
