Our cosmetic coordinator will be your own personal concierge throughout your plastic surgery journey.
She will start by giving you your custom made preop box. This box provides our patients with preop supplements to help decrease bruising and promote healing. It also contains scar creams to help your scars fade faster. It also provides some wonderful complimentary and promotional gifts celebrating you as our new patient.
Our cosmetic coordinator also helps our out-of-town patients arrange accommodations such as travel and/or hotel accommodations. Just ask for assistance and we can help with pre-arranged hotel rates especially designed for our patients.
For many of our body contouring surgeries, we take great pride in fully mentally preparing our patients. Our Vectra 3-D imaging technology can morph prospective patients and give them an idea how they may look after a specific surgery. This is a great tool to facilitate discussion and make sure expectations are realistic and fully met.
Included in many of our surgeries is 3 free lymphatic massages with our very own certified lymphatic massage therapist who does treatments in our office on Fridays. Lymphatic massage has been scientifically shown to help reduce postop swelling and help speed up your post-op recovery.
It should be known that our office exercises the ERAS protocol for pain control throughout your entire journey. This can be detailed more at your visits but in summary, it is a protocol that helps decrease postoperative pain which is why so many of our patient testimonials say surgery was so much easier than what they thought it was going to be!
