Kyle Myers
Office Manager/Cosmetic Coordinator
Kyle has worked in the beauty industry for 17 years before joining Dr. Tattini’s team as office manager/cosmetic coordinator. Here she learned the importance of impeccable customer service that parlays nicely into her management position. She really enjoys working in a plastic surgeon’s office because she loves to not only see the transformation in people physically, but also see the dramatic change in their confidence as well. She is married with 2 children, ages 13 and 9. Her family enjoys watching each others’ respective sports, as well as traveling and gardening.
Kennedy Hammer, RN
RN/Circulator Nurse/Nurse Injector
Kennedy grew up in Clinton, Illinois. She moved away for a couple years to attend nursing school in Orlando, Florida but the desire to be closer to family brought her back. She is married with a 6-month-old baby girl and has two miniature dachshunds. In her free time, she enjoys walks outside, quality time with her family, and shopping. She has been a nurse for almost 4 years and has experience in labor and delivery, the cardiac cath lab and specialty procedures, and circulating in the OR. Kennedy loves the art that goes into plastic surgery and seeing the end results of procedures. She is excited to begin as a nurse injector and play a role in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Michelle Jurgelas
CST/OR Manager
Michelle has been a Certified Surgical Technologist for 21 years. She started her career at a hospital in the south suburbs of Chicago. She eventually transitioned to a surgery center in central Illinois which is where she found her love for plastic surgery. Working at Dr. Tattini’s office has now enabled her to also see the patients before and after surgery which has been an amazing experience for her. She is married with 2 children ages 14 and 11. When not working she enjoys watching her childrens’ activities, shopping, and enjoying an iced coffee from Starbucks.
Elizabeth Riddle
RN/Circulator Nurse/Nurse Injector
Elizabeth had been working in the operating room for 13 years in a hospital setting. She decided to move into the plastic surgery field because it is so amazing to see the patients results. She enjoys being with the patients from the start of their consult, during surgery and recovery. She also enjoys the variety in plastic surgery which includes the surgical and non-surgical modalities. She is looking forward to playing a main role in the non-surgical aspect being a nurse injector. She is married with 2 children, ages 5 and 2. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her family and travel.

Claire has been a certified surgical technologist since December of 2022. She grew up in Dunlap, Illinois and loves working on cars and attending car shows. Claire worked in pediatric surgery as a new grad and recently got the opportunity to join Dr. Tattini and his team here in Bloomington. She loves to experience the before and after of cosmetic procedures and scrubbing in to help Dr. Tattini in the OR. Seeing the patients in clinic before and after surgery has been a fun new experience for Claire and she's excited to be here.
