Case Details
This is a 41yo female who is 6 months after bilateral breast implants were placed at the time of her mastectomies. She desired larger implants and we added soft tissue thickness to her upper pole of both breasts by injecting 110cc of fat over the implant and directly beneath the skin at the time of her implant exchange. She is 6 months postop.
