Pt is a 34yo female interested in reducing her dorsal hump and refining her tip.  Pt also had a septoplasty at the same time to improve her airway.  Pt is only 6 weeks after her surgery.

This is a 23 yo female primarily interested in smoothing out the hump on her nose.  She also requested in upward repositioning of her tip.  She is now 4 months after her open rhinoplasty where we reduced her dorsum and performed intricate tip work to improve her upward rotation.
