Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy

Case Details

This is a 46 year old female who had 290cc bilateral Boost gel implants placed under the muscle through a periareolar mastopexy incision.  An absorbable mesh was also placed through this incision for additional soft tissue support.  She is 4 months post op.
