This is a 40yo female who wanted an aggressive breast reduction and avoid a lift. We did an internal lift along with bilateral sub-muscular gel Boost implants that were 450cc. She is now 4 months post op.

This is a 23yo female who wanted to improve her position. She also wanted to be slightly smaller and so elected to proceed with a small breast reduction. We only removed 38g on her left side and 53g on her right side. She is 4 months post-op.

This is a 61 year old female who had 270cc and 240cc Xfill gel implants placed under the muscle in the right and left breast respectively.  She had a simultaneous anchor mastopexy.  She is 4 months post op.

This is a 46 year old female who had 290cc bilateral Boost gel implants placed under the muscle through a periareolar mastopexy incision.  An absorbable mesh was also placed through this incision for additional soft tissue support.  She is 4 months post op.

This is a 42 year old female who had 350cc and 325cc Xfill gel implants placed under the muscle through a fold incision on the right and left breast respectively.  She had a simultaneous breast lift. She is 4 months post op.

This is a 48 year old who wanted her implants removed.  She is now 4 months after her implant removal and a lift with fat injections was done at the same time to improve the aesthetic result.

This is a 30-year-old male who underwent liposuction of 450cc of fat on the right and 400cc on the left. He also had a direct excision of glandular tissue with 10g removed from the right and 15g removed from the left. He is 4 months after his surgery.
