This is a 46yo female 4 months after her ear pinning surgery. Her incision is hidden behind her ear and all of the contour work was performed from this access.

This is a 60 yo gentleman concerned about his protruding ears.  He is now 4 months after his bilateral otoplasty surgery.  Note no obvious scars since all the intricate internal work was performed through an incision placed behind each ear.
