Augmentation and Mastopexy

Case Details

This is a 42yo female who had lost massive amount of weight and had deflated and low breasts. She requested a lift and an implant. She underwent a mastopexy and also had 325cc Xtra fill gel implants placed under the muscle. She is only 3 months postop.
