This is a 32yo female who lost a massive amount of weight. She wanted to enhance her breast volume and improve her position at the same time. She had bilateral 350cc submuscular gel implants placed with a simultaneous anchor mastopexy.

This is a 44 year old female who wanted to improve her breast size and position. We placed 390cc silicone gel Boost sub-muscular implants along with a periareola mastopexy. She is now 4 months postop.
