350 CC Silicone Gel Implants

25yo female who is 4 months after an augmentation and simultaneous lift.  She had submuscular smooth round silicone gel implants placed with 350cc on both sides.

300 cc Gel Implants

34 year old 4 months after procedure. Gel implants were placed through an inframammary fold incision.  300cc’s were placed on both sides.

23yo female with tuberous breast syndrome interested in enhancing the size and shape of her breasts. Patient is 4 months after an augmentation and simultaneous lift. She had submuscular textured anatomic silicone gel implants placed with 255cc being placed on both sides.

38 yo gentleman who desired reduction in the size of his breasts

This is a 38 yo gentleman who desired reduction in the size of his breasts.  A periareola incision was made to directly excise 43g from the left breast and 18g from the right breast.  This excision was combined with power-assisted liposuction to blend the areas appropriately.  Photos are 4 months after his surgery.
