This is a 40 year old female who is 6 weeks after her bilateral breast augmentation and simultaneous lift. She had smooth round Xfill silicone gel implants placed in the submuscular position at the same time as excess skin was excised. A 370c implant was placed on the right side and a 405cc was placed on the left.
