This is a 58yo female who had a breast augmentation a couple decades ago. She had a capsular contracture on her left side and didn’t like the look and feel and low position of her breasts. Here she is 3 months after her revision surgery where old implants/capsules were removed, new 350cc smooth round gel implants were placed and simultaneous lifts were done on both sides as well.
