25 year old female who had tuberous breast deformity on both sides. An augmentation and lift was necessary to improve this condition. A 265cc silicone gel implant was placed on the right and a 234 cc silicone gel implant was placed on the left. Both were placed under the muscle simultaneous to a lift on both sides.
