Case Details

This is a 42 yo female who lost a massive amount of weight. She was interested in removing her excess inner arm skin. She underwent a prior debulking liposuction procedure first and then underwent the excisional surgery second. Photos are 4 months after her excisional surgery. The excision was continued onto her lateral torso as well given the skin redundancy there.
